Introduced by Rep. Johnson – Sent to Regulatory Reform Committee. HB 4478 would remove the EXISTING restriction (which has always been in the Plumbing Law since its inception) on Plumbing Inspectors working in the Plumbing field while also performing duties as a Plumbing INSPECTOR.  HB 4478 would allow for Plumbing Inspectors to COMPETE DIRECTLY with Contractors while still being able to Inspect Contractors Work.
